tactics, passion, knowledge, ability in transfer market

I suspect Roeder's is a pretty good manager in most respects. Not so sure about his ability in choosing who to give contracts to from the academy.

I've been starting to wonder recently though, if one of the reasons he doesn't tend to perform well for a long period of time is because he creates a bad atmosphere around the club, where players don't enjoy working for him, where coaching staff don't feel comfortable, but know that any sign of dissent and their out...etc.
