late at night it was over a decade ago as I sped through
a village called Elmswell in my Ford Fiesta. You may have heard of it as Elmswell roundabout is featured in the Frederick Forsyth novel The Fourth Protocol. As I passed the graveyard an enormous animal with fiery eyes run across my approach and into the graveyeard. Was it a big cat or was it a dog? Now I shall never know. I recently returned with my camcorder as I am making a documentary on big cats but there were no paw prints and the two old ladies I interviewed at the bus stop were startled by my account but could offer no further explanation about that mysterious night.
