he brought almost the entire footballing and coaching staff of Bournemouth (Div 3 also-rans) with him (Ken Brown, Sainty, Benson, Machin, Powell, Boyer, Nightningale, Reeves, Roger Brown, David Jones (via Forest) - and built the foundations of a side that was established in the top flight.
