He needs to be more decisive.

There have been a number of times where he should have come and claimed a cross but didn't, and the ball has ended up in the net.

I can count one time where he came for a ball that he shouldn't have and he's missed it (Think it was the Stoke game which we lost due to that mistake). Maybe that incident has had an effect on his decision-making.

With a bit of coaching, and a few more successful claims of testing crosses, he can get over it and move on to the next level, IMO.
