Any ideas anyone? ....

I have a Panasonic Viera LCD TV and seem to have a problem with the BBC channels. They started to freeze and break up, so I re-tuned all the channels and now they have been lost completely. When I press 1 for BBC One it just comes up with "invalid DVB channel".
Anyone got the same tele who could help me out? Cheers.
