What you have to do is get to the beer aisle, stick a crate at the front of the trolley...
Then you can put you're feet out really far behind you and feel a bit like you're flying.
First though you have to make sure you're in a really quiet aisle (if you're in Asda that'd be the salad, whereas in ainsbury's it'd be the crisps), as it REALLY embarrases the missus.
