Go for a company local to you
1 Ask if they have done any local jobs
2 Do they have examples of their work
3 As around locally for recommendations
4 Can they start now or will you have to wait. (If they can start now, they might not be any good as they have no orders)
5 Never go for anyone without a local telephone number (avoid 0800's amd 0845's)
