I've noticed a number of times, I play the 'have to get it exactly on a whole pound' game

to satisfy my OCD tendencies - but when I get in to the cashpoint, the price has gone up by 1p.

I'm not bothered about being short-changed, but the humiliation on the cashier asking for £30.01, with me KNOWING the people behind me in the queue are mocking me and sniggering at my ineptitude, is frankly too much to bear.
