Well he didn't really perform until the last couple of months did he ?

The reasons could be anything from genuine hip problems to contractitis, but the result is why he wasn't in the running for POTS.

I think it is a shame to see him go, especially this way, but that he didn't deserve a new contract if he wanted high wages. If he'd taken a massive pay cut then I'd have signed him on the spot though.
