After all, even when we went on the fantastic run that kept us up Roeder was getting stick for not playing him, suggesting that in his case some fans were putting devotion to an individual above devotion to the team.

As always in football, the best thing to do is look forward. We will have pretty much a new team next season and frankly that's no bad thing. For all the thrills Hucks undoubtedly brings the fact is we have been a pretty crap TEAM for all those seasons apart from the first.

Next year is another year. Bring it on!!
