Roeder turning on his players publicly

Glenn has done a fantastic job here and we are all grateful our team didn't get relegated this season as a result. However, I am getting a bit concerned for next year. He comes in and praises the boys, gives them confidence etc but as the weeks have gone on he has taken to slagging off players in the way Grant did with Cureton. Take Crofty for example. He came into the side, became player of the month and then from nowhere is out of the side and being criticised.

Not sure my point, but I hope this isn't something to do with the "starts well but fades in his 2nd season" pattern that people will start throwing at him if we start poorly next year.
