fantastically talented on the ball but needs to work on the rest of the game. Was ahead of Scholes in the build up to Man U's goal but just let Scholes amble past and made no effort at any point to get back, allowing Scoles to get off his shot under no pressure whatsover.

Quite possibly the most skilful player in the world but without improving his awareness and workrate when the opposition has the ball he won't ever really be the best.
