Ched might (might) think that it's not the most attractive prospect in the world to go back and start all over again with a world-name manager who he's never met

Said manager will be focused on getting first season results and rebuilding the squad in his own image

Remember what happened with Tiny? After Bruce was sacked we suddenly had a decent chance of landing him after all; new manager didn't fancy a player his predecessor had allowed out on loan. Same thing could happen here.

Question is, though, whether we'll be the ones to benefit ... or whether Ched will be snapped up by a promoted club or a Chumps Big Boy once the word gets out he's on the move
