On NOV 10th we lost to Plymouth 3-0...........

Rock bottom.

GR basically sacked quite a few of that team and worked hard over the 14 day break to create a team.
From the next game on Nov 24th
From that point his teams won 46 points from 29 games.
Thats 1.6 points per game

Only the top 3 clubs have won more points per game than that this season.

Incredible Job by GR and his staff.

At the time of Grants departure everyone was wanting
Paul Jewell to come in. (myself included)
Ironically he has looked totally lost in his ability to turn around a struggling club.
