I need to go and get furious with them this weekend about the same thing...

I can't reduce my standing orders online without having come crappy little plastic calculator to plug my card into a get a whizzy fab super secure code (more secure than the online pin and alphanumeric password i have to type just to log in, yeah right). Of course, they've never actually sent me said device but i must use it to do anything. Cost me a few quid in an overpaid standing order this month.
