NCFC shares aren't listed. They can't be bought by third parties just by phoning their broker. You have to have a private sale between a willing seller and a willing buyer.

Last time I looked, Delia and MWJ had a majority of the shares. Ergo: no "hostile takeover" is even possible, let alone being organised.
