For the record. despite going 2-0 up, I would have taken a point before hand. So cant be too upset about it.

Anyway, the result is irrelevant when you have endured what we have tonight.

I have watched Wednesday all over and been to Bramall Lane for most of the derby matches and it is always intimidating and at times scary, however, tonight was bordering on the ridicolous.

First off, prior to Kick off, a couple of turnstyles broke causing delay in us getting in (Missed the first 10 minutes of the game).

However, as we cued to get in the few turnstyles that were working, some fans including a mate of mine got picked off by United 'fans' for doing nothing but standing in the cue!!

Then came the Gas/smoke bombs or whatever they were. Cue the coppers hearding us out of the way. How about controlling the dicks causing the trouble instead of treating us all like **** FFS!!

Once inside the ground the stuff flung from the top tier was although expected, still a disgrace. Again the Police just stood and watched.

Maybe that was why we only got 2500 tickets, so you lot could give us the treatment from above.
Whoever took the decision to do that and then put the tickets on general sale can and should be blamed for what happened in the stands. (yes I know you had to supposedly be on SU ticket register to get tickets, but it obvioulsy didnt work did it?)

As what looked like a mass brawl in their Kop kicked off, reports later suggested it was started because a kid jumped up when wednesday scored. Dont get me wrong they shouldnt have been there and the person who took him must have their bumps feeling (and i am sure they have afew tonight), but forchrists sake a mass brawl because of a kid!!!

Then came the trouble in the other stand, again, shouldnt have been there, but he got a real pummelling and it took the Coppers about 10-15 minutes to even react.

After the game. walking back into town was like beiruit, indiscriminate targeting of fans with fights being split up by other fans whilst South Yorkshire's finest stood and watched.

As I say I have watched Wednesday all over and its a long, long time since I have witnessed scenes like that.

All in all an absolutely terrible night. Thakyou Sheff United and SY Police....
