I just happened to look it up just then so posted it here.

I think Roeder has does well for us, and when he sticks to his own mantra of one attacking winger in a 4-4-2 and a solid midfield we do well. But it seems every time he veers away to a strange selection we do poorly.

you don't see me on here critisizing him after every defeat, I think the last one was Coventry away, which IMO he got very wrong.
