I think Roeder might be keen to keep him.

His dedication to training as an old hat is a great example to the younger lads. That in itself is not worth keeping him on at the rumoured "15k a week but some fella in Wroxham is paying 20k from his own pocket" amount. If he takes what the next top earner down is on then its fine.
