Management

We have a big management meeting next month to determine what our company's new software product's standard suite of management reports should comprise.

However, next week we need to write a number of these reports, in time for an particular ongoing project's deadline, and moreover we have to submit a Response To Tender the week after that detailing what our standard suite of management reports is.

So I told the guys doing all this (thankfully not me) that they need to have a pre-meeting meeting to determine what reports the meeting will determine we need, so that they can write them, in plenty of time for the meeting where they will be determined.

They seemed to think that was a good idea.

Yes, Prime Minister.
