Dion next season

What if the club wants to retain him and has actually offered him a role after his retirement. May be Dion does not want to stay. Maybe he doesn't want to be a coach. Could it be that he has a job line up with Sky or some other media outlet. At the end of the day it could just be Dion's decidion to go rather than the club "fault" that he doesn't stay.
