If breaking the loanees rule only earns a reprimand

then surely there's little point to the rule. Stoke might as well put what they cosider to be their strongest squad out each match. If you extrapolate to ridiculous lengths we could have borrowed all of Arsenal's team o a Saturday they weren't playing and fielded them all, just to get a wee ticking off three points later.
