...as some of you may know I have started to ride a push bike to and from worky-poos...

On top of this I have also started eating healthily and not drinking as much alcohol like what I used to...

Worryingly I have recently noticed that whenever I have a s**t it is the colour of charcoal and the consistency of horse glue...

So people, my question is this: I'm gonna do the Lotto tomorrow, what numbers do you think I should go with?..
