Request for info from Liverpool fan

Afternoon all.

I wonder if anyone can help me. For the purposes of a debate on a Liverpool forum, I'm trying to find out the name of the last referee to give a penalty to the away team at Old Trafford before Andy d'Urso did in 2000 (the incident when he was surrounded by half the United players).

I'm sure it was for Norwich in 1993, Ruel Fox scored it. I swear blind that I read at the time of the d'Urso incident that the previous ref never refereed at Old Trafford again after giving Norwich the penalty, and possibly never refereed a Premiership game at all.

Is there a Norwich City site that has match archives from previous seasons, including who refereed each game? I've looked on the official NCFC site and I've tried Googling it but haven't found anything. Any help would be appreciated.
