Stick it in just to piss them off.

The test case went in in August last year, I wouldn't expect to hear much for another 6-12 months.

In the mean time, stick in a claim for your credit card charges, Payment Protection Insurance, and any other financial product that you're perfectly happy with, but feel you'd quite like all your money back.
