ahem

i was in lapland in February and those boys know how to drive on ice, the only snow chains i saw were on the construction vehicles digging a big pit. granted they have studded tyres but the driving was generally mentally fast. Bit of slush on the A140 and 10 gritters plough up and down all day slowing up all the traffic to sub-doherty pace.
