...I didn't see it. Indeed, I've yet to hear from anyone who did. If he did spit, then he deserves to be dealt with very severely, but there is no doubt that the Scunthorpe player involved is not as innocent as his manager would have us believe. Counago was being wound up all afternoon (possibly a deliberate ploy) - but certainly you won't find any of us condoning spitting at an opponent.
