But each loathed the other to the point where they'd only address each other on stage. They did Aussie and went down well, and then moved on to NZ. The tour collpased when they did a radio interview in Christchurch, which apparently is renowned for its churches and arky-teckcher.

Brambell had been mostly quiet through the interview while Corbett said all the right things, so the interviewer tried to draw him out a bit.

Brambell said something along the lines of, "I hate your f**king churches, I hate your f**king city and I hate your f**king country".

Tour ended instantly. Brambell had to flee the country.

Evidently this was typical of the way the old guy behaved. Sadly, nobody at all attended his funeral.

Ouch.
