Rumours down here a loan deal for Bent is being discussed. This was reported by twtd.co.uk who are very reliable usually.

'Bent, who has failed to nail down a first team place at White Hart Lane since his summer move from Charlton, is believed to be keen on the switch, but Spurs boss Juande Ramos is understood to holding up the deal due to concerns that he would be short of striking options if Bent moved on.'

It would be unbelievable if it happened. Kuqi got a massive reception last game and if Bent came back it would be like the return of Jesus for followers of the Ipswich Town religion. Any Tottenham fans heard anything? I'm sure it won't happen but it's strange it's being reported on such a reliable site.
