A quick google and apparently SVG stands for Scalar Vector Graphics which appears to be some sort of Adobe graphics technology. SVGControl Module 2.0 is supposed to be some plug-in for IE only. However, there doesn't appear to be anything on their web-site about it and since it is supposedly IE only, I'd steer well clear - I doubt there's anything about it you really need. God knows why it wants to download it from here (but it's something that seems to "infect" forums) - perhaps Ben knows more?

Oh, and get rid of IE and use FireFox or Opera.
