as long as you steer clear of the scallies, mentalists and tudders it's fine. Every city has it's nutters, Liverpool does have a few but the city centre is safe. It is funny though if you go through Kenny, Norris Green or Anfield how all the kids look the same, head to toe in black, heads under a hoodie and walking with a Staffordshire bull terrier that's ready to eat your nads off.
