so only saw the bit where she was preparing the steak and salad

i thought the most telling thing was that she was letting viewers know how long they'd need to cook it if they wanted the steak well-done (she did also give times for rare and medium) which shows that she knows what the people who the show is aimed at will actually want, not what some poncey London types think everyone should want
