Question. How confident is everyone feeling about our chances of auto promotion?......

I am not feeling overly confident. Compared to the other championship teams the only area in which we are superior is in our strikeforce.

The squad is too small for my liking, we do'nt want to have to play the likes of Charlton in midfield and Hendo on the wing and play these youngsters who have never played in the first team.

The defence too is still a concern for me, Shackell is good but neither the Doc or Fleming fill me with confidence. After last seasons defensive debacle why has the centre of defence ( the area of the team most in need of strengthening and changes) not been altered or strengthened? That is a debate that i fear may be heard in a few weeks time.
