very quick is an understatement

From first sights of flames to burned to the ground in 4 minutes flat. Its shocking really, there were reports of fire to the control room at VP 3 minutes before smoke and flames appeared and they done nothing because they couldn't hear the line properly, 56 lifes lost that might have been saved.
