My memory of Hartson in a City shirt

(apart from doing ok when he came on again the scum)

Was the team warm up before Bristol City at home.

Gemma and I were at the front of the Jarrold Stand watching the players go through their paces. They were doing a few gentle shuttle runs, and diagonals in and out of cones. Hartson was warming up, very slowly, did his zig zig ran and a little sprint and then finally back towards us for another five yard dash.

It was like watching the QE2 trying to do a three point turn.
