That isn't the issue, he asked them never to allow him to bet with them again

ie, admitting he had a problem. They agreed to it, and have so called security in place to black list him, yet they allowed him to open another account

This isn't just £50's bets, these are bets of over £20,000 a time, bets that need authorisation, or a special account to place such high stakes

They knew who he was, and still let him gamble, which is what he asked them not to do. That's what he's suing them for
