FAO: London-based supporters

Next week I'm going to London (business related), and am considering going to see the match against Stoke on Tuesday evening.

I assume some London-based fans will travel to Norwich to attend the match. Does anyone know if there is planned a joint bus/coach/train trip? If so - would it be possible to join you. At what time do you leave London for 19.45-matches?
