My job is to protect the member & do the best for her

She is very ill with the stress, they have offered her a compromise deal until the end of tomorrow, after that, offer is removed & they have said they will commence disciplinary proceedings against her for 'poor performance'.
I have negotiated an increased settlement figure of 12 months money plus 12 weeks Payment in Lieu of Notice & good reference.
I could pursue it further but it would not be in members best interest if she ended up being sacked with no money.
All in all I have done the best job I have done for her, but you don't know my company so let me assure you Management NEVER back track & over rule each other / HR.
