No, a racket and a racquet are the same thing.

When you're talking about the eponymous racquet-sport equipment. A racket by another other sense could be a systematised element of organized crime, a loud, unwanted sound or a 19th C. variation on the Waltz. It shouldn't be confused with "rackett" which was a Renaissance woodwind instrument.

And it certainly shouldn't be confused with a bat as that's something else altogether. Something to do with strings I reckon.
