Technical help please
My HP PSC 1355 printer has stopped printing in black. Printing in colour is fine but with black only it's zilch. I'm talking white sheet in, white sheet out with not a sign of any print whatsoever. I have fitted a new cartridge but still nothing. I have checked the cartridge housing and the contacts seem fine. Never happened before and just came out of the blue.
Can anyone offer sensible suggestions for cause and more importantly the cure. Cheers.
