much better, its ok, depends what you value. It's not exactly....
North Norfolk, which is where i'm from. But it's on the outskirsts of NE london, so does not really feel like living in london. facilties are good, can walke to tesco, waitrose,asda. a few nice pubs within walking distance of house, same with a couple of gyms. Its improved loads in the last five years, think this is due to regeneration of nearby stratford. Also onl 2.5 hours back home as M11 is just up road. No where is perfect but its ok.
