I had some problems too when i used to cycle to work.

I used to cycle to work 12 miles one way a few years back. (I lived in the Fens..it was very flat). There was a bloke that used to lay on his horn when he drove by. He used to flip me off and do the w**ky sign. It all stopped when I spotted his car parked for the day in a car park up the road. The next day I brought some tire stem pin removers with me in case I found his car again. Sure enough it was there the next day. I removed his tire stem pins and set them on his windscreen. I guess he new who did it because I never had any more trouble after that.
