Well dodgy, It makes your body turn protein into Muscle mass much quicker so is good for weight lifting. If you're trying to get good at long distance running you probably don't want to be taking creatine. Body builders generally aren't very good at long distance running. You'll find it will help you put lots of bulk on very quickly but as soon as you stop taking it you will fatigue very quickly and lose the bulk quickly aswell.

Generally speaking don't use it for improving general fitness use it if you play Rugby or want to be a body builder. Or on the other hand don't listen to me I don't really know what I', talking about I got this from a Rugby player friend.

Seriously though I'd investigate it fully before I used it. It f**kied him big time when he stoppped taking it.
