that at the Barnsley match, I wasn't going to judge Bertrand whatever he did, he was a youngster coming out of the Chelsea academy with only reserve football to his name

He could have played atrocious and I'd have just thought, "well, it's to be expected until he matures"

I think that's what got me about Gibbs, is every youngster deserves that attitude and time
