Hucks is back, huzzah, huzzah

According to the EEN, Huckerby has come in from the cold and saved from shopping tomorrow by being named in Glenn Roeder's starting eleven for the visit of FA Cup giant killers Barnsley.

Roeder is quoted as saying

“Darren will be playing from the start and I expect him to finish the game,” said Roeder.

“It's a great opportunity - a home game against Barnsley. It's a case of 'There's the stage, now play on it. Make us some chances, score us a goal. Go out there and produce things and perform for us'.”

With Russell and Fotheringham missing from Midfield could see Pattison and Bertrand stepping in, or with outside chance for a place in the squad could be 18-year-old Damon Lathrope, the young midfielder who signed a 2½-year contract last month
