Aren't they mostly on trial? We play them a bit. If they're rubbish we send 'em back. Else we buy a player already established in the first team. I'm guessing Roeder's not getting too hung up on the play offs this season, so apart from being a bit perplexed by the Huckerby thing I fairly content.
