Sheffield Wednesday
The following things have influenced their decline this season:
1) No leadership at board room level (they don't have a chairman).
2) The financial state of the club.
3) Brian Laws has had his hands tied behind his back (metaphorically) in regards to transfer activity and it isn't his fault that he has lost various players. On the other hand, he was given £4,000,000 to spend on players and could've done a lot better with what he had to spend.
Things would need to decline very seriously in order for us to do a Sheffield Wednesday.
Given the way this football club is run, I don't think we will either.
