Why do the English detest change so much ?
120 years of history ? Complete bowlocks - the Premiership has been going for well under 20. If we decide to send our league 'on tour' for one match per team per season who will lose out ? The supporters ? Surely if each team makes a stash from that one game's TV rights it will be to the benefit of supporters. This smacks of SAVE THE 35 YEAR OLD NORWICH BADGE to me. Needless hysteria over nowt, with major upsides if it goes ahead. Remember, NFL could have sold Wembley out 10 times over for a pretty poor game this year. We have a product which people worldwide want, a rarity these days, and it is a good time to take advantage.
Oh, and football will still be around in another 120 years, in which time Norwich will probably change their badge 4 or 5 times. Pity I won't be here to see it.
