2 mile run followed by an hours training

30 mins or so of drills, maybe shooting practice, then a match to finish with.
Considering recent from i'll probably pull up after 35/40 minutes with either groin strain (again) or ankle trouble (again).
I'm getting to that stage in my er 'career' now.
