I have just come back from the NZ v England 20/20 at Eden Park

A nice win for England too. In front of 30,000 fans and that is a big big crowd in Kiwi terms.

Dimi Mascarenhas got 4 sixes in a row! and then removed Styris & How cheaply. KP pulls of some beautiful shots, just great to watch.

The Blackcaps couldn't handle Ryan Sidebottom who bowled superbly. Jimmy Anderson was good at the end but to start with was a bit all over the place (no suprise)

With Broad, Swann, Mustard, Dimi and others it is really shaping up to be a decent limited overs squad

It was funny to see Jessie Ryder playing for the Blackcaps. This guy is the size of Mike Gatting and was once tipped to be the next Richard Hadlee, but he has had drug/alcohol issues and been thrown out of 2 district sides beacuse of amoungt other things lazyness. The diving catch he tried messured 4.5 on the richter scale!

Off to Hamilton for the ODI on tuesday.
